Silicon Valley Meets Baku: Peerstack Academy Launches to Transform Tech Talent in Azerbaijan

Baku, Azerbaijan – In a landmark step toward digital transformation, NEQSOL Holding has launched Peerstack Academy, a new software engineering school developed in partnership with Qwasar Silicon Valley. The academy brings cutting-edge, project-based tech education to Azerbaijan, offering a pathway for local talent to compete on the global stage.

Hosted on the campus of Azerbaijan Technical University, Peerstack Academy marks the first deployment of Qwasar’s elite U.S.-designed curriculum in the region. Students will gain hands-on training in modern programming languages and frameworks—including JavaScript, React, Ruby, PostgreSQL, and REST APIs—while earning two internationally accredited diplomas and building a portfolio of production-ready applications.

What makes Peerstack stand out is its hybrid model: a public-private partnership with the Education Development Fund and a commitment to accessibility. NEQSOL is funding up to 70% of tuition costs, removing financial barriers for aspiring developers from across the country.
